Support PF Counselling by Donating here!

The Pay It Forward Scotland group is made up of a group of yoga teachers and practitioners who use their love of the delicious combination of yoga and cake to promote community, compassion, and nourishment of body, mind and soul!

This year, we are supporting the wonderful charity PF Counselling who provide affordable counselling and psychotherapy for people facing the difficulties of everyday life.  All the proceeds will go directly to PF Counselling to support access to counselling for all in Edinburgh.

The Pay It Forward Yoga & Cake Festival is a great opportunity to come together for an uplifting and relaxing day of yoga, all for a good cause.  We are offering five yoga classes of different styles – something to suit everyone – as well as loads of yummy cakes to suit all tastebuds and dietary requirements - and plenty of hot drinks to keep you going throughout the day.

This event is open to ALL, regardless of age, health condition or yoga experience.

The Yoga Festival All-day Pass costs just £20 per person and provides access to all the yoga classes, two tokens to exchange for tea and cake, and a Pay It Forward wristband. You can join us for as few or as many classes as you like, or skip the classes altogether and eat cake to show your support instead!
