Join us for a nurturing and inspiring afternoon exploring the power of breath and Restorative Yoga during pregnancy.

You'll leave the workshop equipped with a variety of breath practices and therapeutic Yoga postures which will support you and your baby during pregnancy, birth and beyond. We'll share with you tools for a range of physical and emotional states, including:

  • Fatigue

  • Anxiety

  • Discomfort

  • Stress

  • Preparation for birth

  • Bonding with and soothing your baby

  • Healing

  • Adjusting to motherhood

The workshop is deeply relaxing, and will leave you feeling restored and ready to share tea and treats with the other mamas.
